اللقاء التواصلي والتعارفي بين جماعة فاس و بلدية سلفيت الفلسطينية

في إطار تعزيز العلاقات التاريخية الوطيدة التي تربط المملكة المغربية بدولة فلسطين الشقيقة، وبتنسيق مع معالي أمين عام منظمة المدن العربية وبدعوة من رئيس بلدية سلفيت بفلسطين الأستاذ عبد الكريم زبيدي ، شارك الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي رئيس جماعة فاس مرفوقا بالأستاذة ثريا فراج رئيسة لجنة العلاقات العامة والشراكة والتعاون في اللقاء التواصلي والتعارفي عبر تقنية الإتصال المرئي عن بعد الذي نظمته بلدية سلفيت يوم الأربعاء 01 فبراير 2023 إبتداء من الساعة التاسعة صباحا. ويأتي هذا اللقاء للبحث عن سبل التعاون الثنائي بين مدينة فاس ومدينة سلفيت اللتان تتقاسمان العديد من النقط المشتركة في أفق إبرام إتفاقية التعاون اللامركزي.

في بداية هذا اللقاء قدم الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي رئيس جماعة فاس التحية والشكر لرئيس بلدية سلفيت على تنظيمه لهذا اللقاء الإفتراضي وأعطى نبذة تاريخية عن مدينة فاس و حضارتها العريقة و لمكانتها الاشعاعية عبر التاريخ و التي ظلت منذ نشأتها تنشر ما يصطلح عليه روح فاس و هي روح التسامح بين المذاهب و التعايش بين الاديان و الانفتاح على مختلف الثقافات، وأشار إلى الإمكانيات و المؤهلات الإقتصادية والعلمية والثقافية التي تتوفر عليها مدينة فاس.

وفي هذا الإطار أكد الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي رئيس جماعة فاس على إعتزازه وإمتنانه لما يقوم به صاحب الجلالة أمير المؤمنين الملك محمد السادس رئيس لجنة القدس حفظه الله وأيده من أدوار ريادية والمتمثلة بالإضافة إلى تقديم كل أوجه الدعم السياسي والديبلوماسي والإنساني المتواصل للقضية الفلسطينية وللقدس الشريف، إلى إشراك كل المغاربة في هذا الدعم الموصول من خلال وكالة بيت مال القدس التي إستطاعت أن تحقق العديد من المشاريع بمدينة القدس دعما للمقدسيين للحفاظ على معالمها الدينية والثقافية والتاريخية.

كما أكد على رغبته في خلق إطار قانوني للتعاون بين جماعة فاس وبلدية سلفيت في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، كما وجه دعوة رسمية للأستاذ عبد الكريم زبيدي رئيس بلدية سلفيت لزيارة مدينة فاس.

ومن جهته أشاد الأستاذ عبد الكريم زبيدي رئيس بلدية سلفيت العلاقات التاريخية والروحية التي تجمع بين المملكة المغربية وفلسطين وإستعرض المؤهلات التي تتوفر تتوفر عليها مدينة سلفيت وأكد أن الهدف من هذا اللقاء هو البحث عن سبل التعاون المشترك والتقارب بين ساكنة المدينتين خاصة في المجالات الثقافية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية.

كما عبر عن تقديره وامتنانه لهذا اللقاء، مستحضرا الموقف المغربي الثابت إزاء القضية الفلسطينية، و ثمن عاليا الدور الكبير لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس حفظه الله وأيده ودعمه المتواصل لنصرة القضية الفلسطينية ولا سيما دعم الاهالي في القدس من خلال المشاريع التي تشرف عليها وكالة بيت مال القدس الشريف في مجالات الثقافة والتعليم والصحة والإسكان.
