توقيع إتفاقية التعاون الثقافي بين جماعة فاس والمعهد اللغوي والثقافي الإسباني سيربانتيس فاس

وقعت جماعة فاس ممثلة في شخص رئيس مجلس الجماعة الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي، والمعهد اللغوي والثقافي الإسباني سيرفانتيس فاس، ممثل في شخص مدير المعهد السيد ميغيل أنخيل سانخوسيه ريبيرا مساء يوم الخميس 02 فبراير 2023، إتفاقية تعاون لمدة أربع سنوات قابلة للتجديد ، وذلك رغبة منهما في الإسهام بفعالية في تعزيز العلاقات التاريخية و الاخوية التي تربط المملكة المغربية و المملكة الإسبانية الشقيقة والإنخراط الكامل في سياق التعاون المتقدم الذي يربط البلدين الجارين.

تهدف هذه الإتفاقية الى تحديد إطار وآليات التعاون بين جماعة فاس والمعهد اللغوي والثقافي الإسباني سيربانتيس فاس في إطار روح من التضامن والتقارب والانفتاح والصداقة، وذلك بالتزام الطرفين على تشجيع مبادرات التعاون الثقافي عبر تنظيم أنشطة ثقافية وفنية لتعزيز التقارب الثقافي بين ساكنة مدينة فاس و البلدان الناطقة بالإسبانية . كما يلتزم الجانبان بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية بتكثيف وتنويع علاقات التعاون بينهما عبر وضع برامج مشتركة للنهوض بالمكونات الثقافية والروافد التراثية بمختلف تعبيراتها الفنية التي تميز مدينتي فاس والعديد المدن الإسبانية.

وأكد الجانبان ، على أهمية العلاقات “الاستثنائية والمتفردة التي تجمع بين مدينتي فاس والمدن الأندلسية”، مشددا على ضرورة مضاعفة الجهد حتى ترقى هذه العلاقات إلى مستوى تاريخ وعراقة هذه الحواضر، وما تزخر به من مآثر ومواقع وفضاءات تاريخية وحضارية ومعمارية، تعكس الماضي المشترك والروابط المتميزة التي جمعت على الدوام بين إسبانيا والمغرب بصفة عامة وبين جهة الأندلس وفاس على وجه الخصوص.
