في إطار مساهمة جماعة فاس في تعميق إرتباط مدينة فاس بعمقها الإفريقي من خلال إستقبال العديد من الطلبة الأفارقة وفي اطار العلاقة الطيبة التي تجمع جماعة فاس وكونفدرالية الطلبة الأفارقة الأجانب فرع فاس والتي ما فتأت تتعزز سنة بعد أخرى من خلال الدعم والمواكبة والمشاركة الفعالة في مختلف أنشطة الطلبة الأفارقة القاطنين بتراب جماعة فاس والذين يبلغ عددهم 6000 طالب وطالبة، إستقبل الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي رئيس جماعة فاس السيد Cisse Hamzat رئيس كونفدرالية الطلبة الأفارقة الأجانب فرع فاس والوفد المرافق له وذلك صباح يوم الخميس 26 ماي 2021 بمقر جماعة فاس. وجاء هذا اللقاء لعرض برنامج الأنشطة الثقافية والرياضية التي تعتزم الكونفدرالية تنظيمها خلال الشهر المقبل.

وتوج هذا اللقاء بتسليم شهادة شكر وتقدير باسم كونفدرالية الطلبة الأفارقة الأجانب فرع فاس إلى الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي رئيس جماعة فاس.
