ماهي الوثائق المطلوبة لتكوين الملف؟

– توجيه طلب في اسم رئيس المجلس الجماعي.

– 3 صور شمسية لصاحب الطلب أو مسير الشركة.

– عقد الازدياد أو ما يقوم مقامه.

– نسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية ( أو بطاقة التسجيل بالنسبة للأجانب).

– نسخة من عقدة الكراء أو شهادة الملكية.

– تصميم تهييئي للمحل مصادق عليه من طرف قسم التعمير الجماعي نظرا للإصلاحات أو التغييرات التي يمكن أن تنجز بداخل المحل.

– بالنسبة للشركة: نسخة من عقد الشركة مشفوعا بمحضر تعيين مسيرها أو مسيريها إذا كان أكثر من شخص واحد.

أين يتم إيداع الملف؟  

– المقر المركزي لمصلحة الشرطة الإدارية: القصر البلدي

– يتم إيداع الملف من طرف صاحب الطلب (شخص ذاتي أو معنوي) أو الوكيل القانوني
