إعــــــــــــلان  عــن طلب عروض مفتوح

    يعلن رئيس مجلس جماعة فاس للعموم أنه سيتم بتاريخ 25 أبريل 2023 على الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحا بمقر جماعة فاس الكائن بملعب الخيل  فتح الأظرفة المتعلقة بطلب العروض لاستغلال الكشك الكائن بحديقة أمريكا اللاتينية كما  يلي :

       *عروض أثمان رقم:21 / 2023 استغلال  الكشك رقم 01 مساحته 126م² الكائن بحديقة أمريكا اللاتينية ملعب الخيل

    ويسحب  ملف طلب العروض ودفتر التحملات من قسم التعمير والممتلكات والمرافق الجماعية بمقر ملحقة  جماعة فاس الكائــــــــن بزنقة ليبيا (المدينة الجديدة ) فاس أو من الموقع الالكتروني للجماعة www.fes.ma تحميل دفتر التحملات.

وقد حدد الثمن الافتتاحي من طرف لجنة التقييم كما يلي:

     الكشك رقم 1 :9000,00 درهم شهريا

وقد حدد مبلغ الضمانة المؤقتةكالآتي :

      *عروض أثمان رقم :21 / 2023 في 40.000,00درهم (أربعون ألف درهم)

         ويجب ان يكون كل من  محتوى و تقديم وإيداع ملفات المتنافسين مطابق لمقتضيات دفتر التحملات

و يمكن للمتنافسين :

-إما إرسال  أطرفتهم عن طريق البريد المضمون بإفادة بالاستلام إلى جماعة فاس بمقرها ملعب الخيل بفاس

– إما إيداعها مقابل وصل بالكتابة الخاصة للسيد الرئيس بالعنوان الكائنبمقر جماعة فاس بملعب الخيل بفاس.

– إما تسليمها مباشرة لرئيس مكتب طلب العروض عند بداية الجلسة و قبل فتح الأظرفة .

ملحوظة: ستتم عملية الترخيص باستغلال هذا الكشك على أساس قرارات الاحتلال المؤقت للملك العام الجماعي.
