توقيع مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز استعمال وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتحديث العمل بجماعة فاس
وقع الدكتور إدريس الأزمي الإدريسي رئيس جماعة فاس و السيد محمد مبديع، الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالوظيفة العمومية وتحديث الإدارة، مذكرة تفاهم في مجال دعم الادارة الالكترونية و تعاضد الأنظمة المعلوماتية، وذلك يوم الخميس 26 ماي 2016 بمقر جماعة فاس .
وقد حضر مراسيم توقيع هذه المذكرة التي تشكل اطارا مرجعيا للتعاون الثنائي بين وزارة الوظيفة العمومية وتحديث الإدارة، ومجلس مدينة فاس في مجال دعم الإدارة الإلكترونية، إلى جانب السيد الوزير، والسيد عمدة مدينة فاس، السيدات والسادة أعضاء مكتب المجلس والسادة رؤساء المصالح الجماعية.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية الى تنمية علاقات التعاون بين الطرفين في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية وتعاضد التطبيقات المعلوماتيةالمطورة من طرف وزارة الوظيفة العمومية وتحديث الإدارة، وكذا تكريس جسور تبادل الخبرات بينهما ، خاصة في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال كآلية أساسية لتحقيق إدارة شفافة وتشاركية.
كما أكد السيدين الوزيرين في مداخلتهما على ضرورة تعزيز ورش الجهوية المتقدمة الذي تعتمده بلادنا، حيث يستلزم هذا الورش تكثيف الجهود وتحقيق تعاضد الممارسات الجيدة وتعميم التجارب المتميزة ولاسيما في مجال دعم الإدارة الإلكترونية، بغية تطوير الخدمات الأساسية وتيسير الولوج إليها بأقل تكلفة وبالسرعة المطلوبة. وتهدف هذه المبادرة أيضا إلى تعزيز الفعالية والقدرات الذاتية لمرافق الجماعة، وكذا تطوير الخدمات التي تقدمها لفائدة سكان هذه الجهة.
وفي هذا الإطار، تم الاتفاق على تنزيل وتفعيل مجموعة من الأنظمة المعلوماتية التي تعتمدها الوزارة وهي :
نظام تدبير المراسلاتالإدارية “إرسال”
نظام تدبير حظيرة السيارات «Gestion du Parc auto»
نظام تدبير السمات «Gestion des Vignettes»
نظام تدبير المخزون «Gestion du stock»
