إعلان عن سمسرة عمومية

لبيع محجوزات من دراجات و عربات لم يستخرجها أصحابها في الآجال القانونيةو مجموعة متلاشيات في ملكية الجماعة

يعلن رئيس مجلس جماعة فاس للعموم أن سمسرة عمومية عن طريق فتح الأظرفة ستجرى يوم 08-02-2023 على الساعة العاشرة صباحا بمقر جماعة فاس وذلك من أجل بيع محجوزات من دراجات و عربات محجوزة لم يستخرجها أصحابها في الآجال القانونية و مجموعة متلاشيات في ملكية الجماعة على الشكل التالـــي:

الحصة الأولى:

شروط المشاركة في السمسرة العمومية:

  1. الضمانة : 

 يتم الإدلاء بمبلغ الضمانة بكل حصة بواسطة ضمانة بنكية أو ضمانة يتم إيداعها لدى الخازن الإقليمي بفاس. 

  1. أداء ثمن البيع و سحب المقتنيات :  

يتعين على الفائز بالسمسرة أداء ثمن البيع مباشرة عند الإعلان عن الفوز مع أداء نسبة 10% من ثمن البيع تعويضا للمصاريف. ويتم الأداء نقدا  لدى الخازن الإقليمي بفاس أو بواسطة شيك مضمون مصاغ في اسم الخازن الإقليمي بفاس .

يتعين على الفائز بالسمسرة قبول المبيعات على حالها مع تحمل مصاريف نقلها ، و سحب جميع المبيعات داخل أجل أقصاه العشرون يوما  الموالية لتاريخ إجراء السمسرة.

و في حالة عدم أداء الفائز بالسمسرة ثمن البيع أو سحب المبيعات داخل الآجال المحددة يتم حجز الضمانة نهائيا و لا يترتب عليها أي تعويض للفائز.

للفائز بالسمسرة الحق في المطالبة بالضمانة عند الانتهاء من سحب المقتنيات داخل الآجال.

  1. تكوين و إيداع ملفات المشاركة :

يتعين على الراغبين في المشاركة في السمسرة العمومية إيداع ملفاتهم لدى الكتابة الخاصة لرئيس مجلس جماعة فاس قبل موعد فتح الأظرفة في التاريخ و الساعة المحددة في الإعلان أو تقديمه لرئيس لجنة فتح الأظرفة في بداية الجلسة و قبل فتح الأظرفة على الشكل التالي:

                  الملف الإداري:  

  • طلب المشاركة  في السمسرة العمومية 
  • نسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية بالنسبة للأشخاص الذاتيين 
  • نسخة من السجل التجاري بالنسبة للأشخاص المعنويين
  • أصل الضمانة البنكية أو وصل الضمانة  لدى الخازن الإقليمي بفاس
  • بطاقة الإلتزامات موقعة و مصادق عليها.

    الملف المالي:

  • العرض المالي للمتنافس لكل حصة  
  1. يوضع الملف الذي يقدمه كل متنافس في ظرف مختوم يحمل :
  • اسم و عنوان المتنافس 
  • موضوع السمسرة العمومية 
  • تاريخ و ساعة فتح الأظرفة 
  • تنبيه بأنه يجب عدم فتح الظرف إلا من طرف رئيس لجنة فتح الأظرفة المتعلقة بالسمسرة العمومية خلال الجلسة العمومية لفتح الأظرفة 

      ويحتوي هذا الظرف على أغلفة منفصلة : 

  1. يتضمن الغلاف الأول الملف الإداري في غلاف مختوم يحمل عبارة “الملف الإداري” ؛
  2. تتضمن الأغلفة الأخرى عروض مالية لكل حصة تحمل إسم الحصة وكل واحدة منها مختومة بعبارة “العرض المالي”.   

يمكن لمن يعنيه موضوع المشاركة في السمسرة، معاينة المحجوزات المعروضة للبيع المتواجدة بالمحجز الجماعي بعين قادوس ومعاينة المتلاشيات بمقاطعة سايس و المستودع البلدي لجماعة فاس قبل تاريخ إجراء السمسرة العمومية،اعتبارا من يوم 30 يناير 2023 إلى غاية يوم 07 فبراير 2023  من الساعة العاشرة صباحا إلى غاية الساعة الثالثة و النصف بعد الزوال.

(*) يمكن للراغبين في المشاركة سحب ملفات المشاركة لدى قسم الموارد المالية أو تحميله عبر البوابة الإلكترونية لجماعة فاس  www.fes.ma
