في 29 نونبر2022 على الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحا، سيتم في مكتب السيد رئيس جماعة فاس بالمقر الكائن بملعب الخيل فتح الأظرفة المتعلقة بعروض أثمان في ظروف مفتوحة لأجل:
• عـــروض أثمـــان رقم 39/ 2022 التدبير المفوض لنقل اللحوم والسقط
يمكن سحب ملف طلب العروض (t.ly/tGoV) بمصلحة الصفقات بمقر جماعة لفاس الكائن بملعب الخيل ويمكن كذلك تحميله الكترونيا من بوابة جماعة فاس www.fes.ma
حدد مبلغ الضمانـــة المؤقتــة في 10000,00 درهم (عشرة الاف درهم)
يجب أن يكون كل من محتوى و تقديم و إيداع ملفات المتنافسين مطابق لمقتضيات المواد 27 و 29 و 31 من المرسوم رقم 2.12.349 الصادر في 8 جمادى الأولى 1434 ( 20 مارس 2013) المتعلق بالصفقات العمومية .
و يمكن للمتنافسين :
إيداع أظرفتهم مقابل وصل بمكتب الكتابة الخاصة للسيد الرئيس بالعنوان الكائن بمقر جماعة فاس بملعب الخيل فاس
أو إرسالها عن طريق البريد المضمون بإفادة بالاستلام إلى المكتب المذكور
أو تسليمها مباشرة لرئيس مكتب طلب العروض عند بداية الجلسة و قبل فتح الأظرفة
إن الوثائق المثبتة الواجب الإدلاء بها هي تلك المنصوص عليها في المادة 5 من نظام الاستشارة.
