ي إطار إتفاقية_التوأمة التي تجمع بين مدينة سوون بكوريا الجنوبية وجماعة فاس، استقبل الدكتور عبد السلام البقالي رئيس مجلس جماعة فاس يوم الخميس 25 نونبر 2021، التلاميذ الفائزين بالمسابقة الدولية لرسومات الأطفال، التي نظمتها بلدية سوون بشراكة مع مركز سوون للتعاون الدولي، حيث سلم لهم شواهد وهدايا تقديرية.
