تم تنظيم دورة تكوينية عن بعد حول منصة “رخص ” www.rokhas.ma يومي الاثنين والثلاثاء 05 و06 أبريل 2021 لفائدة الموظفين والمتدخلين في الرخص الاقتصادية بجماعة فاس والمقاطعات التابعة لها. وتأتي هذه الدورة التكوينية عن بعد في إطار مجموعة من المنصات الالكترونية التي تم إطلاقها من طرف المديرية العامة للجماعات المحلية لوزارة الداخلية للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19، ولتجنب أي تنقل أو إيداع أو معالجة مادية للملفات.
وقد أطر هذه الدورة السيد ياسر قصدي مستشار شركة رباتيس المكلفة بإعداد منصة
“رخص ” تحت إشراف السيد المهندس مصطفى العلمي الخراجي رئيس قسم الاعلاميات والتواصل بجماعة فاس.
والهدف من هذه الدورة التكوينية:
- تفعيل منصة ” رخص ” من خلال إطلاع المشاركين على مختلف البيانات التي تتكون منها وكيفية الاشتغال عليها ومعالجة مختلف الملفات.
- توحيد المساطير وتبسيطها على مستوى العمل.
- أجرأة الملفات وسهولة البحث عنها.
- تتبع الرخص من طرف السلطات المحلية (الفتح، الإغلاق، السحب…).
