تحط ” قافلة سكن ” الموجهة لإنعاش وتشجيع الأشخاص ذوي الدخل المتوسط أو المحدود على اقتناء مساكنهم الخاصة الرحال بمدينة فاس خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 30 اكتوبر وفاتح نونبر.وحسب منظمي هذه القافلة فإن محطة فاس ستعرف، على غرار المحطات الأخرى التي جابتها هذه القافلة، مشاركة ممثلي العديد من البنوك والمنعشين العقاريين الذين ينشطون على مستوى مدينة فاس والجهة.

وستشكل هذه القافلة أرضية للقاء بين ممثلي البنوك والفاعلين في قطاع العقار مع المواطنين الذين يرغبون في اقتناء مساكن خاصة بهم .

وتروم هذه المبادرة تمكين شريحة مهمة من المواطنين من ذوي الدخل المتوسط والمحدود من تملك مساكن خاصة .

وسيقدم المنعشون العقاريون لهذه الفئة المستهدفة مختلف العروض المتوفرة وكذا طرق ووسائل التمويل والتسهيلات التي اعتمدتها السلطات العمومية والمؤسسات المالية لتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الدخل المتوسط والمحدود من اقتناء مساكن .

وبعد مدينة فاس ستتوجه ” قافلة سكن ” إلى مدن وجدة والرباط ومراكش وطنجة وأكادير .

وقد جابت القافلة منذ عدة شهور مجموعة من المدن والمناطق بالمغرب لعقد لقاءات مع المواطنين الذين يرغبون في اقتناء السكن.
