دعوة لإبداء الاهتمام لإقامة واستغلال أكشاك لبيع المثلجات والمشروبات
يعلن رئيس مجلس جماعة فاس عن الدعوة لإبداء الاهتمام لإقامة واستغلال ستة أكشاك لبيع المثلجات والمشروبات في محيط كل من مسبح الحسن الثاني بشارع الرياضة المدينة الجديدة ( مقاطعة أكدال ) والمركب الترفيهي بالمرجة ( مقاطعة زواغة ) خلال الفترة الصيفية يونيو /يوليوز/غشت برسم سنة 2022،
فعلى الراغبين في المشاركة أن يودعوا طلبات ترشيحهم ( عروضهم ) بالكتابة الخاصة لرئيس مجلس الجماعة مقابل وصل التسلم ابتداء من تاريخ هذه الدعوة وإلى غاية 15/07/2022 على الساعة الرابعة والنصف بعد الزوال ( 16.30 )،
ويتعلق الأمر بالأكشاك والمواقع التالية:
– الكشك رقم 1: بمدخل المركب الرياضي والترفيهي المرجة
– الكشك رقم 2 : بمدخل المركب الرياضي والترفيهي المرجة
– الكشك رقم 3: بمدخل المركب الرياضي والترفيهي المرجة
– الكشك رقم 4: بمدخل المركب الرياضي والترفيهي المرجة
– الكشك رقم 5: بجانب مسبح الحسن الثاني
– الكشك رقم 6: بجانب مسبح الحسن الثاني
ويتعين على الراغبين في المشاركة:
1- أن يتقدموا بطلب موجه إلى رئيس مجلس الجماعة يحمل رقم الكشك وموقعه ومبلغ الإتاوة المقترحة ( المقابل المالي ) على أساس الثمن الافتتاحي المحدد في القرار الجبائي في مبلغ 200 درهم للمتر المربع الواحد،
2- الإدلاء بشهادة جبائية حديثة مسلمة من طرف الجماعة تثبت أن المشارك في وضعية جبائية قانونية وسليمة اتجاه الجماعة،
3- أن يلتزموا باحترام المساحة المرخصة للكشك والمحددة في 12م2،
4- أن يلتزموا بعدم تثبيت الكشك واحد عناصره ومواده بسطح الأرض وان تكون أجزاؤه من النوع الجيد ومصنوعة بمواد ذات جودة تتلاءم مع الشروط الصحية،
5- أن يلتزموا بأداء الإتاوة على شكل دفعة واحدة بعد الإعلان عن النتائج،
6- أن يلتزموا باستعمال الكشك لبيع المثلجات والمشروبات لا غير وضمان جودتها والتقيد بقواعد الوقاية الصحية في هذا الشأن ،
7- أن يلتزموا بإرجاع موقع ومكان الكشك إلى حالته الأصلية على نفقتهم بعد الانتهاء من الاستغلال،
8- لا يمكن استغلال واجهات الكشك من أجل الإشهار التجاري،
وستتولى لجنة خاصة تعين من طرف رئيس مجلس جماعة فاس دراسة والبث في هذه العروض وحصر الفائزين.
